Kecia Dennis (KD) is a charismatic, enthusiastic, dedicated English teacher, with 15 years of experience. With training in Kagan Learning Structures, Abydos, Collins Writing, and many other cutting edge learning systems, KD strives to find a way to reach every single student. Her classroom is a "family" setting and she thrives on each student feeling heard, seen, loved and a part of all things, in their environment. You never know what will happen in KD's class; from read-a-louds, to poetry/rap battles, to meditative writing. There will always be engaging fun and learning happening!

KD is a mother of two dynamic and brilliant daughters, Kourtni & Brea, mother-in-law to an awesome, and smart pilot, Tanner, and the grandmother to the most joy-filled, beautiful and intelligent sister-brother-duo, Adleigh (3years) & Remy (5 months). She enjoys reading and writing and hanging out with family and friends.
